We went to this beautiful place today for lunch. I don't think I've ever eaten such good meat. The very tender veal Florentine melted in your mouth. Excellent quality wine. Delicious cold cuts. The first ones are a fairy tale. Excellent value for money. Everyone satisfied. We will definitely return.

Ristomacelleria with an ancient flavour, the welcoming place is in all respects a shop and butcher's shop, offering dishes based on local products and excellent cuts of very high quality meat. Good wine list. The service is familiar and attentive. Optimal!

I am speechless! Everything perfect. The place is splendid, a small butcher-deli with a few tables, very well furnished (you get lost looking at what is attached to the walls), the staff is incredibly kind and competent. The incredible food, I ate the best steak of my life (a veal Florentine with an intense flavor and full of aftertastes), it beats the one I ate a few weeks ago in New York in a very famous steak house (paying something like 4 times what I spent here ), the cooking was by the book (I asked for medium cooking and, when cut, the three colors of the meat were clearly visible, chapeau!). The charcuterie board was touching because of how delicious it was (I have never eaten such a good salami). Dessert? I had a cup of zabaglione and I was automatically catapulted into my childhood when my grandmother prepared it for me, hot, together with a mix of sugar and Marsala. We paid around 35 euros each, we sat and chatted until late at night without anyone bothering us to free up the table. The owner then showed us the cellar with a pride that exudes passion for her work. I can't wait to return and bring friends who love good food and the authentic experience of a place run with heart and passion.

Butcher's restaurant. Very high quality of meat. Possibility to taste specialties such as: salami patata, salami in fat and raw ham from St. Marcel. Important choice of wines. Husband and wife run this gem. Try it and let me know

Even though I live in a nearby village, I had never had the pleasure of eating at this Butcher's Restaurant. And what can I say, it was a very pleasant discovery. The place is very intimate, very few tables, very intimate, reservations are mandatory if you want to find a seat.Very nice is the presence on the walls of a large quantity of wines, grappas, liqueurs, to choose from for lunch, or even to take away. There are great prices. The menu isn't very extensive, but since meat reigns supreme, you're on the safe side.We order mixed platters with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by jams. And a nice platter of venison mocetta. Everything was excellent, the apple and ginger jam was fantastic with the cheese. Then someone orders a first course, others order ribs, or steak.Everyone satisfied.I opt for the dish with the 4 cuts of raw meat. Chopped, Albese, beaten by hand and diced. The meat is exceptional, very fresh and melts in your mouth to the point that I decide not to season it.Really excellent. We decide to accompany dinner with some good bottles of Chianti Geographico. The price is adequate for the exceptional freshness and quality of the meat. The hosts are truly friendly, kind and available for every request. They also make more elaborate Piedmontese dishes to order. If you are passing through these parts, or if you want to eat really good meat in an intimate place in complete tranquility, this is the perfect place.Highly recommended place Follow me on Instagram: Simon_foodlover

What a great discovery! Obviously being in a butcher's shop we opted to try the meat and why not a plate of pasta. The quality of the raw materials can be felt and recognised. Desserts worthy of note, good

Small but welcoming place. The staff is very kind, friendly and prepared. Being a restaurant, there is the possibility of seeing the meat from the counter in advance and choosing the cuts. Excellent quality raw materials and dishes are prepared on the spot. Advised.
